The Old Colfeians U13 Crimsons visited Dartfordians last Sunday with their Dartford Valley teammates for a training session and match.
The girls all warmed up together and got ready to play what was their first contact game this season.
Dartfordians were 2 players short, so the girls sportingly volunteered to play for Darts on a rotating basis, with everyone doing their part.
The game started really quickly, with some big tackles being put in, as the Crimsons were put under pressure by Dartfordians. As a coaching team, we were very impressed with the linespeed, communication and technique of the girls.
Tackling and rucking were excellent throughout the day, with the Dartfordians coach commenting on how good it was.
Tries were scored by various players throughout the match, too numerous to mention.
All in all, a great run out for the girls and a good experience before the Kent Waterfall tournament on 1st December.
